When you pay online you will be need to email, fax, or mail your renewal paperwork in (see below).
Individual renewal applications are mailed to all currently certified Specialists and Testers in October of every year. Renewal applications are NOT available on-line. If you do not receive your renewal application by November, please contact the program at email@example.com.
It is your responsibility to provide current address and other contact information and to report any changes on your certification, such as change of mailing address, employer, or CCB number. Contact the program to make update your contact information firstname.lastname@example.org
