The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division, Adolescent and School Health Unit is proposing to permanently amend administrative rules in chapter 333, division 055 relating to the training on lifesaving treatment protocols. The proposed changes seek to resolve wording inconsistencies, ensure consistent use of terminology throughout, and to modify language to reflect the passage of SB 1504 (2026 Oregon Laws, chapter 21).
