Current Status

OHA completed a comprehensive review of the transaction and issued a Proposed Order on May 15, 2026. Based on findings from the comprehensive review, OHA has approved this transaction with conditions. OHA’s Proposed Order and Comprehensive Review Report are posted under “OHA Publications” below.

Per state law OHA must allow the public to file any written exceptions (i.e. written objections) to the proposed order. Written objections can be submitted through May 30, 2026 by emailing hcmo.info@oha.oregon.gov, or filling out the 043 Providence-Compassus Written Exceptions Form. Individuals who need accommodation can contact OHA at 503-945-6161.
