PEBB members and their dependents can talk with a health care worker while at work, home, school or anywhere if a health issue is a concern. 

  • Kaiser Permanente – With Kaiser Permanente, getting care when and where you need it is easier than ever. In addition to seeing providers in a medical office or clinic, members can access many other convenient care options. 
  • Moda – Moda members can access eDoc by logging into their MyModa account at
    • eDoc allows members to send secure email questions to medical providers and receive a response within 24 hours. 
    • Members can also access the Nurse Advice Line by calling 866-321-7580.
  • Providence Choice and PEBB StatewideExpress Care Virtual! Our licensed and board-certified providers are here to see you from 8 a.m. to midnight. No appointment needed!
    • PEBB members receive a diagnosis and treatment plan, even a prescription or doctor’s note if you need one all at no cost to the member. 
    • Just go to Express Care Virtual​ to get started.​


Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ASI is going to allow incoming mail to remain untouched and unopen for three (3) days to ensure the safety of our employees opening the mail. ASI highly encourages you to file claims electronically as this will result in quicker reimbursement for you and safer processing for our employees. 

You can file claims via the free mobile app, online by signing into your account, or by fax. Please also consider signing up for direct deposit and electronic communications via email or text as this will also reduce paper usage and wait times.

ASI Pandemic Planning: ASI is taking precautionary measures to protect our customers, plan participants, and our employees as well as to ensure business continuity. Our goal is to continue to provide uninterrupted service for all of our clients. 

There is a possibility that mail service could be interrupted as a result of this pandemic. You can help by filing claims online or via the mobile app instead of sending paper claim forms. Sign up for Direct Deposit and receive payments without having to wait for a check in the mail. For more information, please click here.

The grace period:

PEBB Health Care and Dependent Care FSAs offer a grace period. It allows members to use their 2019 funds for certain 2020 claims. 

The 2019 plan year’s grace period was from January 1, through March 15, 2020. We are all experiencing some disruption in our daily lives right now. For many it is causing stress. To avoid adding to that stress PEBB and ASIFlex are extending the date to submit claims from March 31 through June 30, 2020

Please note, we are not extending the time period to use 2019 FSA money. You are not able to use 2019 money for claims incurred after March 15.

So, if you have:

  • Money left in your 2019 FSA and; 
  • Claims incurred between January 1, 2019 and March 15, 2020; All claims for the 2019 plan year must be received by ASIFlex no later than June 30. 
  • Claims received after June 30 for expenses incurred in 2019 will NOT be reimbursed.

You can sign up by logging into your account or by completing this form. And there is the ASIFlex Debit Card that can be used at pharmacies and for copays.

ASIFlex Mobile App that is free on Google Play or the App Store or login to ASIFlex Online (sign into account detail) to file electronically. You can even use their toll-free fax at 1-877-879-9038. (Faxes are received through a secure server.
