Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ASI is going to allow incoming mail to remain untouched and unopen for three (3) days to ensure the safety of our employees opening the mail. ASI highly encourages you to file claims electronically as this will result in quicker reimbursement for you and safer processing for our employees.
You can file claims via the free mobile app, online by signing into your account, or by fax. Please also consider signing up for direct deposit and electronic communications via email or text as this will also reduce paper usage and wait times.
