School-Linked Telehealth Project Overview

The passing of House Bill 2591 resulted in the availability of funds for grants to certified school based health centers (SBHC) to support school-linked telehealth pilot projects.  The projects includes the leveraging of electronic communications technologies to provide healthcare services to patients remotely. 

For the 25-27 grant period, grantees who have operational sites are to meet the following operational criteria and funding formula:

School-Linked Mobile Clinic Project Overview

The passing of House Bill 2591 resulted in the availability of funds for grants to school districts and Education Service Districts (ESDs) to support school-linked mobile health pilot projects. The project aims to reduce barriers to healthcare access by bringing care directly to patients via mobile health units that are specially designed, transportable vehicles. 

For the 25-27 grant period, grantees who have operational sites are to meet the following operational criteria:
