Upcoming HLO Closures and Delays Mark your calendar: The Health Licensing Office (HLO) will be closed on the following days: Monday, May 25, 2026: Memorial Day Friday, June 19, 2026: Juneteenth (Emancipation Day) Examinations will not be offered, and licenses will not be issued on these days. Our Regular office hours are: Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Testing hours are: Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. For examination and licensing questions, call (503) 378-8667. Required Collaborative Agreement for Oregon Certified Advanced Estheticians The Health Licensing Office (HLO) reminds all Oregon Certified Advanced Estheticians that they must enter into a collaborative agreement with a licensed health care professional before providing any services. Per Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 676.655 and Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 819-030-0020, the purpose of this agreement is to ensure that a certified advanced esthetician has a licensed health care professional to whom they may refer clients.
