Provider Trainings

The Oregon Immunization Programs uses the Training Portal to host Vaccine Provider and School/Child Care trainings. All users can self-register to create an account. 

Creating an account

1. Go to oip.csod.com.
   
2. Click on “Create an Account".
3. Fill out the form.
4. You will receive an activation email. Click on the link in the email to confirm your account. It may take up to 15 minutes to receive an email.
5. Go to oip.csod.com and login with your email address and password. 
   

How to find your certificates

You need to keep your certificates as proof of course completion. The OIP Help Desk, Site Visitors, or other OIP Staff may request your certificates. We recommend and in certain cases require you to keep your certificates for three years. 

To find your certificates,

1. Log in to oip.csod.com
2. Click on the “completed" button.
3. Next to the training, click on the “View Completion Page" button.
4. Click on the “View Certificate" button. This opens the certificate in a new window.
5. Save or print your certificate.

• Get access to ALERT: ALERT IIS New User Accounts: School/Child Care User, Query Only User, Standard User and Super User
• ALERT IIS Trainings: various inventory and reports
  
• Required State-Supplied Vaccine Provider Trainings: Annual Oregon State-Supplied Vaccine Overview and Biannual Oregon Vaccine Management
• School and Child Care Trainings: ALERT IIS School/Child Care User, Immunization Recordkeeping and Immunization Reporting (by hand and using SIS)
