Work Program

Provide a forum for discussion of regional transportation issues and priorities.
Participate in ODOT policy formation.
Discuss ODOT/local government relationships
Coordinate with Albany Area MPO and Corvallis Area MPO

Meetings

Full commission meetings are typically held the fourth Thursday of February, April, June, August, October and December from 5 - 7 p.m.

Meetings are conducted by videoconference and in person. In-person meetings are held at various locations throughout Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties. Refer to meeting agendas for details as dates and times may change.

The Final Review Committee met on Tuesday, September 8, to create a prioritized list of recommendations for the Oregon Transportation Commission.
From the prioritized list, the CWACT project 2R528 Philomath Sawmill, LLC ranked sixth. You are invited to join the online public hearing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 22.
The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams, and instructions will be provided to all who register. Those who sign up in advance (by contacting John Boren) will have the opportunity to speak at the meeting. Written comments must be received by close of business, Friday September 25. Executive Committee

Membership

The Executive Committee consists of one county commissioner from each county, the ODOT area manager and one additional representative from each county. The Executive Committee shall include the Chair and the Chair-Elect and helps define full commission meeting agendas and develops a work program that is adopted by the ACT. The Executive Committee can make certain decisions in emergencies.

Executive Committee meetings are typically on Thursdays from 4 - 4:30 p.m. two weeks prior to full commission meetings and are conducted by videoconferencing. Refer to meeting agendas for details as times and dates may change.

Technical Committee

Membership

The Technical Committee is a standing committee that acts at the direction of the Full Commission to provide technical information, advice and recommendations to the Full Commission.

Voting members of the Full Commission may nominate a representative to the Technical Committee. Members need not be elected officials. The chair of the Technical Committee serves as an ex-officio member of the Full Commission.
