Tuesday, December 16, 2025: Late opening at 10 a.m.
Thursday, December 25, 2025: Closed for Christmas
Friday, December 26, 2025: *Lobby closed to walk-ins
Thursday, January 1, 2026: Closed for New Year’s Day
Examinations will not be offered, and licenses will not be issued on these days.
*On December 26, the HLO will be closed to the public to address administrative tasks. Staff will be answering phones and emails; however, there will be no over-the-counter walk-in service or testing available that day.
Our Regular office hours are:Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Testing hours are:Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Sex Offender Treatment Board Juvenile Practice Treatment Standards Workgroup will meet on Monday, January 14, 2019, at 9 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to develop juvenile practice standards guidelines and make recommendations to the Sex Offender Treatment Board. The Board will consider the recommendations and ultimately adopt guidelines by Oregon Administrative Rule.
