Transformation Center

Innovation and Quality Improvement

The Transformation Center is the hub for innovation and quality improvement for Oregon's health system transformation efforts to achieve better health, better care and lower costs for all. The center identifies, strategically supports and shares innovation at the system, community and practice levels. Through collaboration, we promote initiatives to advance the coordinated care model.

*NEW* On May 8th, the Transformation Center hosted a webinar, "Leading through COVID-19", led by organizational development expert Moe Carrick (Principal, Moementum, Inc.). This presentation explored leadership strategies during COVID-19 to "support health system leaders to show up, be brave and compassionaly unite colleagues and stakeholders". Click here to view the presentation slides and a recording of the webinar.

*NEW* Trauma Informed Oregon has created a webpage that will be updated with ideas and resources to apply a trauma informed lens to COVID-19 response efforts. The page also contains information about Virtual Office Hours for organizations and systems to think through response efforts. Office hours are on Mondays from 3:30-5 p.m. and on Thursdays from 8:30-10 a.m.
