Monthly Medicaid Reports

Oregon's Medicaid Monthly Population Report is an interactive dashboard. It allows users to explore Medicaid eligibility and enrollment data. These data go back to January 2019 for for:

• Total Medicaid population by county (page 1)
  
• Coordinated care organization (CCO)/open card totals for physical, dental and mental health service delivery by county (page 2)
  
• CCO/open card total Medicaid population by eligibility group (page 3)
• Total physical health enrollment (page 4) and overall eligibility and enrollment for physical health (page 5)
• CCO/open card gender and race/ethnicity demographics (page 6)
• CCO/open card enrollment by age group (page 7)
• CCO/open card preferred languages (page 8)

This dashboard uses data from Oregon's Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). Learn more about MMIS data. If you have questions about the dashboard, email Behavioral Health Analytics.

Other Reports

Use the Search field to search by any of the fields (for example, type "May 2017 enrollment" to see all Enrollment reports for May 2017). See the "OHP Report Descriptions" at the bottom of this page to find out about the report types you can view.

• Starting December 2017, the OHP eligibility and enrollment reports include retroactive enrollment, providing a more complete picture of total OHP enrollment. Email questions about these reports to OHA.HealthAnalyticsRequest@oha.oregon.gov.

OHP Report Descriptions

• Capitation Rate Development – How OHA sets the payment rates for OHP health plans. For current rate development documents, visit the OHP Rate Development page.
• Consumer Assessment of Health Plans and Systems (CAHPS) – Reports on OHP member satisfaction with their health plans. For current CAHPS reports, visit OHA's CAHPS Survey Banner books page.
• Customer Service Dashboard -- DHS administers eligibility, enrollment services and the OHP Processing Centers. OHA oversees the OHP program once members are enrolled. Customer Service Dashboards present data on application status and call information provided by DHS.
• Eligibility – How many people are OHP members. You can also view how many people receive non-OHP medical assistance (e.g. Citizenship Waived Medical), and the total number of Oregonians eligible for medical assistance.
• Enrollment – How many OHP members are in OHP health plans (dental, mental health or coordinated care organizations). You can view reports by county, eligibility group or capitation rate group.
• Historical Documents – Background information about the OHP.
  
• Per Capita Cost Reports – The amount OHA expects to spend per OHP member on health care services during each budget period. For current rate development documents, visit the OHP Rate Development page.
