The OHSU Data, Evaluation and Technical Assistance Team is funded by OHA to monitor and evaluate IIBHT, Mobile Crisis and Stabilization Services, Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities, and Fidelity Wraparound.
OHA administers the annual Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Survey among adult and child Medicaid members. These surveys cover topics that are important to consumers and focus on aspects of quality that consumers are best qualified to assess, such as the communication skills of providers and ease of access to health care services.
CCO Dashboards:
- The Overall Population dashboard compares CCO service rates on quality health care measures for their full population.
- The Incentive Payments dashboard compares how much CCOs earned in bonuses through the CCO Quality Incentive Program
- The Demographic Disparities dashboard compares by how much there were racial, ethnic, language or disability service gaps across quality measures
- The Geographic Disparities dashboard compares CCO service rates by each Oregon county or Primary Care Service Area. This might be of particular use for regions where CCOs serve multiple counties.
The Oregon Hospital Discharge Data Dashboard allows users to explore trends in the number of people discharged (i.e., released) from Oregon hospitals and the length of time people stayed in the hospital in both the inpatient and emergency settings.
The Medicaid Enrollment Report is an interactive dashboard that allows users to explore data about who is enrolled in Oregon's Medicaid program, which is known as the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
OHA's Mental Health Statistics Improvement Program (MHSIP) uses validated surveys to measure Medicaid clients' perceptions of the quality and efficiency of the mental health services they receive.
