About Us
The Office of Finance and Administration (OFA) provides support services to the agency as well as direct programs through five units. OFA’s units provide a wide range of services including accounting and financial services, budget development and execution services, human resources management, payroll services, facilities management, mail services, procurement services, and school finance. In addition, the School Finance and School Facilities Unit houses the statutorily-required Office of School facilities charged with providing program resources, and technical assistance to school districts in addressing the capital needs of Oregon’s schools.
