008 SCAN Group-CareOregon

On February 13, 2024, SCAN Group and CareOregon withdrew the Notice of Material Change Transaction filed with the Health Care Market Oversight program. HCMO therefore concluded its review and did not issue a recommendation for this proposed transaction.

OHA hosted two public listening sessions to gather input about this review on Oct. 11, 2023. This transaction was also subject to a Department of Consumer and Business Services domestic insurer Form A review and OHA's Office of Actuarial and Financial Analytics CCO Form A review.
