Service Provider and Supervisor Program

The Underground Storage Tank Service Provider and Supervisor Program licenses companies and their site supervisors working to install, remove (decommission), or test (tank tightness and cathodic protection) regulated tanks.

Updates to OAR Chapter 340, Division 160

On May 8, the Environmental Quality Commission approved updates to the rules that govern licensed contractors who perform work on regulated UST systems. On June 25, 2025, DEQ presented a webinar describing the changes.
