Current Status

On June 16, 2025, OMI and Rotech withdrew the Notice of Material Change Transaction filed with the Health Care Market Oversight (HCMO) program. OHA therefore stopped its preliminary review and will not issue a decision for this proposed transaction. OHA will no longer be accepting public comments about this transaction.
