The proposed 653-megawatt plant included turbine generators with natural gas as the primary fuel and No. 2 fuel oil as the back-up.
Terminated. The developer withdrew the application for site certificate during the contested case phase on January 26, 2016. Should the developer decide to revisit the project, it would be required to begin again with a notice of intent.
