The Archway Solar Energy Facility is a proposed solar photovoltaic energy generation facility with a generating capacity of approximately 400 megawatts. The facility would be located on approximately 3,650 acres. Other proposed components include an electrical collection system, a generator step-up transformer and substation, operations and maintenance building, gen-tie transmission line, a control house, point of interconnection, and a battery energy storage system.

Proposed. The Department received the preliminary Application for Site Certificate (pASC) on June 23, 2022 and will commence pASC coordination and review with state and local government agencies in July 2022. A public notice will be issued once the Department determines that the pASC is complete.
