On March 15, 2024, the Department received preliminary Request for Amendment 13 (pRFA13). In pRFA13, the certificate holder requests Council approval to construct and operate: injection and withdrawal wells and pipelines at 4 existing, undeveloped reservoirs; 3 new natural-gas fired compressors; 2 replacement natural-gas fired compressors; underground collector line; control and operations building; 3 temporary laydown areas and 1 permanent laydown/storage area.

A Public Notice of Receipt of preliminary Request for Amendment 13 was issued and is available for public review below under Project Amendment(s), along with pRFA13.

Following review and completeness determination of pRFA13, the Department will issue a Draft Proposed Order and Public Notice requesting public comment on the amendment request and Draft Proposed Order.
