The Ninth Grade On-Track collection opens on May 7 at 1:00 PM and will remain open through July 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM. A web training was held on April 15, 2026. Resourc​es for the collection and a recording of the training are posted on the Ninth Grade On-Track collections page. The Class Schedule collection is set to open on May 7 at 1:00 PM and will remain open through June 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM. A web training was held on April 23, 2026. Resources​ for the collection and a recording of the training are posted on the Class Schedule collections page. The 2025-26 Course Grade History and Graduation Pathways Pilot Collections Training is scheduled for Thursday, May 7 at 2:30 PM.

This training will provide insights into what to expe​ct for the new pilot collections. If you are unable to attend this training, it will be recorded, and the video will be posted to both the Graduation Pathways page and Course Grade History page on the district website.

We are holding a combined Zoom presentation on May 21, 2026, for three summer validations that come directly from Third Period cumulative ADM. These validations are Student Enrollment, Regular Attenders, and Student Mobility. Their data stewards will each be sharing and available to answer questions. A mini-training on the Achievement Data Insight will also be included. Registration is not required, just click on the Zoom link at 2 pm on t​he day of the training listed on the Training page on the ODE District Data webpage. Slides will be posted before the training. A recording of the training will be posted a week after the live training occurs on each of three included validation pages.

Third Period Cumulative ADM is currently open through Monday, May 18. Audits will be open in consolidated collections from Thursday, May 21 through Friday, May 29. Review the training here.

Annual Cumulative ADM wil​l open Thursday, May 21 at 1 PM. There is a Zoom training on Wednesday, May 13 at 2 PM. Find the meeting link and PowerPoint here.

Please remember to remove Program Type 13 records from Second and Third Period Cumulative ADM Collections. These Program Types are meant to be temporary placeholders only until membership information is known. The last day to make changes to Second Period data is June 26, 2026.

The Institutions for Accountability Reporting (IAR) Validation is open for all districts in Achievement Data Insight (ADI) and remains open through May 29. Review the training here. To request changes to school principals and district superintendents, or to make changes to other staff positi​ons, utilize the Institution Staff Maintenance Application.
