The Staff Retention and Experience Validation is open as of June 11, 2020 at 1 PM. The validation will close on August 21, 2020. The Staff Retention and Experience Validation compiles data from the Staff Position collection and produces the Same Principal Metric, Teacher Retention Rate, and the Percentage of Licensed Experienced Teachers. A training is available on the ODE Video Training Page, and guidance on the underlying Staff Position collection can be found on the Staff Position Resources page or the Schedule of Due Dates Page.
If you have any questions, please contact Ryan Clark at 503-947-5632 or your Regional ESD Partners.
The Oregon Department of Education has suspended the At-A-Glance School and District Profiles for the 2019-20 school year. The Department will produce simplified reports using available validated data in the fall. Details will be forthcoming.
Because the At-A-Glance Profiles are suspended, the At-A-Glance Narrative Collection (formerly scheduled to open on July 16, 2020) and the At-A-Glance validation window (formerly scheduled to open on July 30, 2020) are also suspended.
If you have questions, please contact Jon Wiens.
