The Instructional Unit Identifier (IUID) System will open on October 15, 2026, and close September 10, 2027. This system provides IUID numbers needed for staff collections and is open most of the calendar year. The video training will take place on the opening day at 2 PM. The training slides and manual will be posted on ​the IUID Collection page before the opening day.

The 2025-26 Graduation and Dropout reporting cycle begins this month. Please note the following key dates as you prepare for and review your validations:

Trainings

  • October 8, at 2 PM: A combined training for the 2025-26 ADM Exit Adjustment and Part 1 of the Graduation and Dropout training. Join the training through this Zoom link.
  • October 22​, at 2 PM: Part 2 of the NCES Dropout and Cohort Validations training. Join the training through this Zoom link.

The 2025-26 ADM Exit Adjustment window opens on Thursday, October 8 at 1 PM and will remain open through November 20. You can​ access Exit Adjustment in Consolidated Collections.

The NCES Dropout and Graduation Rate Validation and the Four-Year and Five-Year Cohort Graduation Rate Validations open October 22, in the Achievement Data Insight (ADI) application and will remain open until Friday, De​cember 4.

First Period Cumulative ADM is open through Monday, October 26. First round audits will open Thursday, October 29 at 1PM and remain open through Friday, November 6 for all districts. Review the training from October 17 and the updated Cumulative ADM manual and guide documents on the ODE District Cumulative ADM webpage.
