Please complete your edits of these collections and reviews for the validation no later than September 11. We cannot offer extensions after this date. As of September 2, 2026, there are still ten schools missing from Class Schedule representing two districts.

If you have questions, please conta​ct Robin Stalcup, Research Analyst, Ryan Clark, Research Analyst, or the Regional ESD Partners can also help you edit your Class Schedule collection.

The At-A-Glance School and District Profiles Validation opened on July 30 and will close September 11, 2026. Previews of your preliminary At-A-Glance Profiles are available to review in validation in the Achievement Data Insight (ADI) application.

Training for the At-A-Glance School and District Profiles was conducted on July 30, and a recording is available on the ODE District ​Training page. If you have questions regarding the At-A-Glance Profiles, please contact Elyse Bean or your Regional ESD Partner.​

The last day to request changes to Institutions that impact the At-A-Glance Profiles is September 15. These changes include principal and superintendent updates, address updates, and other institution contact information updates. To​ request changes to school principals and district superintendents, or to make changes to other staff positions, utilize the Institution Staff Maintenance Application. Changes received after September 15 are not guaranteed to be captured in reports.

Changes to institutions beyond staff updates require an Institution Request Form and additional supporting documentation, found on the last page of the request form.

First Period Cumulative ADM will open for data submission on Thursday, September 24 at 1 PM. Please ensure that prior to submitting data in First Period Cumulative ADM, you have updated your student’s SSID information to avoid unnecessary update errors. There will be a live online training on Thursday, September 17 at 2 PM that will go over all requirements for the collection.

The Instructional Unit Identifier (IUID) System will open on October 15, 2026, and close September 10, 2027. This system provides IUID numbers needed for staff collections and is open most of the calendar year. The video training will take place on the opening day at 2 PM. The training slides and manual will be posted on ​the IUID Collection page before the opening day.
