If you have any questions, issues or concerns with the services you get from your providers or health plans, please share them. This page lists the places you can contact for help.
Do you want to report fraud? If you think an Oregon Health Plan member or provider is getting Medicaid benefits or funds they shouldn't, visit the Oregon Department of Human Services website.
If you are a coordinated care organization (CCO) member:
Contact your CCO for help with your complaint, issue or concern. Your CCO can also help you file a complaint.
Find your CCO's contact information on your CCO Member ID card or the Member Handbooks page.
If you are not in a CCO, or have a complaint about your CCO:
Use our secure online form or send a secure email to Ask.OHP@odhsoha.oregon.gov. In your secure email, include at least four pieces of the following information:

If you do not get help in the language you need:
You can file a complaint with the provider, OHP Client Services, your CCO/plan, or these agencies:
If you do not agree with a health care decision:
If you don't agree with a health care decision made by your CCO, you can ask for an appeal. If OHA made the decision, you can ask OHA for a hearing.
