The Molalla-Pudding Subbasin TMDL (2008) includes limits for temperature, metals, pesticides, bacteria, nitrates. The TMDL also includes a coordinated Water Quality Management Plan to restore and protect the streams, rivers and tributaries in the Molalla and Pudding River basin. This TMDL was approved by EPA on Dec. 31, 2008
