Willamette Basin TMDLs prior to 2000
Several TMDLs were developed in the 90s,
these TMDLs are active. The 1998 Columbia Slough TMDL includes bacteria, pH,
dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll a, temperature and several other specific
parameters. The 1996 Coast For TMDL was developed for dissolved oxygen,
saturation and pH to target algae growth. The 1994 Middle Willamette
Subbasin-Rickreall Creek and the 1993 Pudding River TMDLs were
both developed for dissolved oxygen.
