Responsible persons and Designated
Management Agencies are expected to submit to DEQ an annual status report
briefly describing the status of management strategies that implement TMDL
pollutant allocations or reductions. Every fifth year they submit an evaluation
report in place of the annual report. DEQ published TMDL implementation
summaries in 2025 for activities between 2018 and 2023, 2020 for activities
between 2013 and 2018, and 2014 for activities between 2008 and 2013.
