The reports on this page show the number of high school completers and the types of diplomas earned for schools, districts, and counties for school years 2003-2004 through 2008-2009.

School Districts

  • District Profile Report (1997-2006)

    A snapshot for the school year for each district with information on student enrollment and performance; community demographics; staffing; spending per student; average class size; instructional time; and infrastructure.

  • District Profile Comparison Report (1997-2006)

    A comparative snapshot for the school year for two selected districts with information on student enrollment and performance; community demographics; staffing; spending per student; average class size; instructional time; and infrastructure.

  • District Profile Date Comparison Report (1997-2006)

    A comparative snapshot for two school years for a specified district with information on student enrollment and performance; community demographics; staffing; spending per student; average class size; instructional time; and infrastructure.

  • ESD Profile Report (1999-2006)

    A snapshot for the school year for each ESD with information on student demographics, member district staffing, infrastructure, and schools directly administered by ESDs. The ESD Profile report does not include pilot data.

Staff

  • Certificated Staff Detail Report (2002-2006)

    This report shows the FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) of certificated staff by District by position, gender and ethnicity.

  • Instructional School Staff Detail Report (1997-2006)

    This report shows the instructional staff FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) by teacher type with additional FTE for coordinators and assistants. School totals may not reconcile to District totals because, for example, district administrators are not assigned to any school and some district level staff are itinerate and are not assigned to a particular school.

  • Licensed Staff Report (1997-2006)

    This report lists a school's student enrollment (a measure of school size), percent of licensed teaching staff with a master’s degree or above, average years of teaching experience, and average salary by school within each school district.

  • Non-Instructional School Staff Detail Report (1997-2006)

    This report compares the FTE of Non-Instructional staff (including counselors, administrators, administrative support staff, and student support staff) with student enrollment. School totals may not sum to District totals because, for example, district administrators are not assigned to any school and some district level staff are itinerate and are not assigned to a particular school.

  • Specialist Staff Detail Report (1997-2006)

    The number of full-time equivalent (FTE) licensed instructional specialists by school.

  • Staff Mailing List Report

    The report allows the generation of a mailing list of certified staff which can be filtered by district, school, job function, and/or assignment.

  • Student - Instructional Staff Ratios Report (1997-2006)

    This report calculates two student-staff ratios. The first is the ratio of students to full-time equivalent licensed teaching staff by school. The second is the ratio of students to full-time equivalent teaching staff and instructional assistants by school. Student count is enrollment as of October 1 with kindergarten at full-time.

  • Targeted Staff Development by School Report (1997-2007)

    This report lists the average number of hours of targeted staff development received by licensed teaching staff by school.
