Overview
As part of the
ESEA Waiver, Oregon adopted and implemented a new Growth Model that measures year-to-year progress of students on the reading and mathematics statewide assessments. This page provides details on the growth model, which is based on the Colorado Growth Model. This model was used to help determine the lists of
Priority, Focus, and Model schools that were required as part of the ESEA Waiver. It was incorporated into school Report Card ratings beginning with the 2012-2013 report cards.
