The English Learner Outcomes Program Cohort 3

The English Learner Outcomes Program identified 11 districts in 2025 that demonstrated challenges in serving students who are designated as English learners. These districts are receiving four years of technical assistance and funding (through June 2029) to implement system interventions for the improvement of outcomes for EL/ML students.
