Oregon’s School-Based Health Services (SBHS) Medicaid Program is a partnership between the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) that supports increased student access to school health services by helping schools and early childhood programs get reimbursed for health services provided to Medicaid-enrolled children and young adults (birth–21), while ensuring alignment, compliance, and sustainability across health and education systems.
