Program beneficiaries must submit annual reports to DEQ due October 15 each year. Annual reports must cover a full year from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30.
If the first report covers less than a full 12-month reporting period, it will be labeled “Year 0 (Y0)". The first full 12‑month report will be “Year 1 (Y1)", followed by “Year 2 (Y2)" and “Year 3 (Y3)".
