Saddle Butte Wind Park

The Certificate Holder proposed to construct a wind energy generating facility consisting of up to 133 turbines and a peak generating capacity of up to 399 megawatts, located within a site boundary of approximately 13,555 acres.
Site Certificate terminated November 22, 2019.​
The facility will be located entirely on private land in Gilliam and Morrow counties, approximately 20 miles south of the Columbia River between Eightmile Canyon and State Highway 74. PDF Map | Online Map
