Saddle Butte Wind Park is approved to be a wind energy generating facility consisting of up to 133 turbines and a peak generating capacity of up to 399 megawatts, located within a site boundary of approximately 13,555 acres.
Approved but not under construction. Construction must begin by November 17, 2019 and must be completed by November 17, 2022.
The facility will be located entirely on private land in Gilliam and Morrow counties, approximately 20 miles south of the Columbia River between Eightmile Canyon and State Highway 74. PDF Map | Online Map
