Advisory Group Meetings
The Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (NHPI) Student Success Plan Advisory Group will meet online quarterly throughout the school year. The public are invited to join the public portion of the meetings. See the agenda posted below for more information.
During this meeting the Advisory Group will provide insight, advise, and offer recommendations to the Oregon Department of Education around the development and implementation of the statewide plan for NHPI students who are being served in early childhood to post-secondary education programs.
The Oregon Department of Education Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (NHPI) Advisory Group will be holding virtual meetings on the second Thursday of the month from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm PST. Please see specific meeting agenda information below for estimated times that meetings will open to the public.

During these meetings the Advisory Group will provide insight, advise, and offer recommendations to the Oregon Department of Education around the development and implementation of the statewide plan for African American/Black students who are being served in early childhood to post-secondary education programs.
Presently, the Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (NHPI) Student Success Program is only accepting written public testimony. Please submit written testimony electronically to ODE no later than 5:00 p.m. the date before the meeting. ADA accommodation and translation (including ASL) requests should be made by calling 971-240-8425 at least 2 business days before the meeting.
