Facilities

Stateline Wind Project is a wind energy facility consisting of two geographic units – Stateline 1 & 2 and Vansycle II. Stateline 1 & 2 is composed of 186 wind turbines and has a peak generating capacity of up to 123 megawatts. Vansycle II consists of 43 wind turbines with a peak generating capacity of 101.9 MW.

Operating. The Department received the results of wildlife monitoring activity at the site in the 2024 reporting year as part of the certificate holders’ Annual Report. The approved Wildlife Monitoring and Mitigation Plan for the facility requires the Department to make wildlife monitoring results available for public review and comment. The 2024 monitoring results are posted below, public comments will be accepted until 5:00 pm Pacific Time on July 10, 2025. Comments may be submitted to christopher.clark@energy.oregon.gov​.
