Facilities

Stateline Wind Project is a wind energy facility consisting of two geographic units – Stateline 1 & 2 and Vansycle II. Stateline 1 & 2 is composed of 186 wind turbines and has a peak generating capacity of up to 123 megawatts. Vansycle II consists of 42 wind turbines with a peak generating capacity of 99 MW and is approved for up to 45 wind turbines with a peak generating capacity of up to 119 megawatts.

Approved/Operating/Under Construction. Repowering commenced in August 2022. A total of 42 wind turbines will be repowered and these activities will be continuing through 2023.​

On December 16, 2022, Council approved Request for Amendment 8 and the Final Order on the Request to Transfer Ownership with an amended site certificate. These documents are available for viewing and download in the links provided in the project timeline below.
