Private School Data Collection

The Private School Data Collection (Districts Only) combines the Calculation of Proportionate Share of IDEA Fund for Parent Placed Private School Students and Private School Enrollment data. It is an electronic collection in the IDEA Data Manager. All districts are required to complete the collection annually in the fall, with due date in early November. See the Schedule of Due Dates on the District website for annual open and close dates.

For 2025-2026 the collection will open September 25, 2025 and close November 17, 2025.
