IDEA Annual Application & Statement of Assurances (Districts, EI/ECSE & Contractors)
The Annual Application is used by school districts, EI/ECSE's and programs to assure they will operate consistent with the requirements of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
Coordinated Early Intervening Services Data Collection (CEIS) (Districts Only)
All districts are required to complete CEIS annually in the fall. Coordinated Early Intervening Services may be voluntary or required if the district was found to be significantly disproportionate.
Private School Data Collection (PPPS) (Districts Only)
All districts are required to complete Private School Data annually in the fall. The collection collects private school enrollment data and provides a calculation of proportionate share of IDEA Funds for parent placed private school students.
