The Office of Enhancing Student Opportunities

The Office of Enhancing Student Opportunities (OESO) supports educational facilities (schools, school districts, Educational Service Districts, Long Term Care Treatment Centers, Youth Corrections and Juvenile Detention Programs) by providing educational and technical assistance services for Special Education Programs and Federal Title Programs. Visit the OESO About Us page to learn more about the office’s teams and work units.

This website is a resource for parents, teachers, and administrators, and provides access to available information, documents, resources, and guidelines. The resources address topical areas for supporting assurances that young children and students with disabilities receive an appropriate education program in the least restrictive environment. Inclusive outcomes are achieved through collaboration with families, districts, agencies, and programs to ensure equitable, quality services.
