The LGBTQ2SIA+ Student Success Advisory Group is composed of community members representing the depth, diversity, history, and experiences of Oregon’s LGBTQ2SIA+ communities. Advisory Group members share their knowledge, experiences, and recommendations to advise ODE on education matters affecting LGBTQ2SIA+ students and families to help address systemic inequities experienced by LGBTQ2SIA+ students. The work of this group helps inform ODE’s focused investments and community partnerships that align with the
LGBTQ2SIA+ Student Success Plan.

The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) is currently
seeking applicants for its LGBTQ2SIA+ Student Success Advisory Group. This group advises ODE on education matters affecting LGBTQ2SIA+ students and families, and its purpose is to address systemic inequities experienced by LGBTQ2SIA+ students through focused investments and community partnerships that align with the
LGBTQ2SIA+ Student Success Plan.
