On May 5, 2025, OHSU and Legacy Health withdrew the Notice of Material Change Transaction filed with the Health Care Market Oversight (HCMO) program. OHA therefore stopped its comprehensive review and will not issue a decision for this proposed transaction. OHA will no longer be accepting public comments about this transaction.
