Overview
The purpose of this resource collection is to support all schools in providing standards-aligned arts learning opportunities for students in grades K-12. Together, these resources aim to provide information and tools to clarify existing requirements for arts education access, assist schools at any stage of arts program implementation, and to increase access to and quality of student arts learning opportunities.

New Transformative SEL and Arts Guidance from the Oregon Department of Education
The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) is excited to announce the upcoming release of new resources to support K-12 education programs across the state. Integrating Transformative SEL and the Arts highlights areas where the arts are especially suited to support students’ transformative social and emotional growth by reinforcing connections and helps support coherence, consistent language use, and alignment between Oregon’s Transformative Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Standards and Oregon Arts Standards.
ODE is inviting administrators, educators, teaching artists, arts organizations, and all school staff, families, and community members interested in arts education to join us on May 15th to learn more about this guidance. Click on the link below to register!
