The CTE Revitalization Grant program is a purposive concept designed to support student engagement and success, completion leading to career and college preparation, and a potential boost to local/regional economic development.

Update 10/28/2025: As shared at the Oregon ACTE conference in April, the format and contents of the RFA for the 2025-27 CTE Revitalization Grant will be very similar to that of the 2023-25 RFA, which first appeared on this page in 2023. Feel free to use the 23-25 RFA as a reference document until the official launch of the 2025-27 RFA.
Additionally, the Points to Ponder document we first shared here in April can provide guidance as you prepare your Revit proposal.

While a 2025-27 CTE Revitalization Grant cannot be confirmed until after adjournment of the state legislative session and completion of internal ODE processes, it is not too early to start planning for your program/application.

The process for distributing CTE Revitalization Grant funding during this biennium differed from previous iterations. Qualifying schools and programs were invited to submit an application based on their level of High School Success funding, or their status as one of the nine federally recognized Oregon tribes.
