  The Office of Migrant Education (OME) administers grant programs that provide academic and supportive services to the children of families who migrate to find work in the agricultural and fishing industries.

  The educational support agency of the Oregon Department of Education's Migrant Education Program. The primary objective of the MESC is to assist school districts that enroll eligible migrant students with supplementary technical assistance.
