The Oregon Department of Education’s Office of Enhancing Student Opportunities (OESO), in collaboration with PCG and WestEd, is launching Oregon EDPlan—a new platform designed to support the state’s general supervision responsibilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Oregon EDPlan will replace the existing Systems Performance Review & Improvement (SPR&I) system and serve as the primary tool for Focused and Cyclical Monitoring, required Corrective Actions, and SPP/APR Indicator Dashboards.
This webpage will serve as the central location for key project updates, timelines, and resources throughout the implementation process. At launch, you’ll find the EDPlan Data Integration Toolkit and a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document that will be updated regularly.
