2026 Adoption of K-12 Physical Education Instructional Materials
The 2026 Circular of Information announces and details the upcoming adoption of basal Physical Education instructional materials in Oregon. The Circular of Information also contains the laws and statutes regarding the basal instructional materials adoption.
The Information Request Form should be submitted by all publishers who are interested in receiving information about the 2026 evaluation and adoption of K-12 Physical Education instructional materials. The Information Request Form is due no later than close of business on February 20, 2026.
Publisher Briefing February 13th, 2026 on K-12 Physical Education Instructional Materials Evaluation
ODE's instructional materials team will host a Publisher's Briefing for publishers considering submitting K-12 Physical Education instructional materials for evaluation in 2026. The briefing will include an overview of the Evaluation process and timeline, Oregon laws and regulations related to instructional materials, and required forms and submission materials. A short time to ask questions will follow the presentation.
This briefing is primarily intended for Publishers, but is open to Oregon school districts, ESDs, and educators.
