Welcome to ODE USDA Food Distribution Program

Public and Private schools of the National School Lunch Program and Summer Food Service Program are eligible to receive USDA Foods. Agencies can use their USDA Foods entitlement to spend on USDA Foods through one or any combinations of the available options:

Direct Delivery products, Processing/Diversion, DoD Fresh Fruit and Vegetable and the Unprocessed Fruit and Vegetable Pilot.

SY 2025-26 USDA Foods entitlement rates:

  • NSLP $0.45 per lunch
  • SFSP $0.015 per meal


ODE USDA Foods Service Fees for SY 2025-26:

  • Direct Delivery $0.30 per lb (including warehouse shipping and 90 days dwell time storage)
  • Diversion-Processing $0.20 per lb
  • DoD Fresh $0.05 per lb 
  • UFVP $0.03 per lb
