Latino/a/x & Indigenous Student Success Advisory Group

The Latino/a/x Student Success Advisory Group is comprised of diverse community members representing the depth, diversity, history, and experiences of Oregon’s Latino/a/x and Indigenous* community. Advisory Group members share their knowledge, experiences, and recommendations to advise ODE’s efforts to address systemic inequities. This informs ODE’s investments and community partnerships strategies. *(Indigenous Mexican, Central, South American, and Caribbean)

Upcoming Advisory Group Meetings

The Oregon Department of Education and the Latino/a/x & Indigenous* Student Success Advisory Group will be holding a virtual meeting on Friday, May 7, 2021. The Advisory Group meetings can be accessed by the public via live-stream to our Education Equity YouTube channel. The YouTube livestream will begin at 8:50. Individuals are encouraged to subscribe to the channel for regular updates.
