The Latino/a/x Student Success Advisory Group is comprised of diverse community members representing the depth, diversity, history, and experiences of Oregon’s Latino/a/x and Indigenous* community. Advisory Group members share their knowledge, experiences, and recommendations to advise ODE’s efforts to address systemic inequities. This informs ODE’s investments and community partnerships strategies. *(Indigenous Mexican, Central, South American, and Caribbean)

The Oregon Department of Education and the Latino/a/x & Indigenous* Student Success Advisory Group holds regular monthly virtual meetings on the third Tuesday of the month, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Please see individual meeting agendas linked below for the estimated public portion of each meeting. Some meetings may not be open to the public. If you would like more information please reach out to our Student Success Plan Support Staff.

Presently, the Latino/a/x & Indigenous* Student Success Program is only accepting written public testimony. Please submit written testimony electronically to Student Success Plan Support Staff no later than 5:00 p.m. the date before the meeting. ADA accommodation and translation (including ASL) requests should be made by calling 971-240-8425 at least 2 business days before the meeting.
