Statewide CTE Advisory Council

Overview

The Oregon CTE State Plan calls for the formation of a Statewide Advisory Council comprising students, counselors, educators, and administrators from secondary and postsecondary education institutions; workforce development; and partners from business and industry. The committee will provide ongoing advice, guidance, and feedback on the strategies and corresponding progress being made throughout the implementation of the CTE State Plan and its goals.

To attend virtually:

• Please email us for the meeting link no later than 5:00 p.m. (PDT) on Monday, October 14, 2024.
  
• If you are interested in making a comment at the meeting, please indicate that in your email to help us allocate sufficient time to accommodate all those wishing to speak.
  

Guidelines for public participation in Statewdie CTE Advisory Council meetings:

• You will be invited to introduce yourself and the organization you represent (if any), and share any comments during the designated Public Comment section of the meeting, which will generally occur within the first 10 minutes. Each speaker will be limited to three minutes for comments.
• Following your comments, you will have the option to observe the rest of the meeting. Please note that your microphone will be muted, and you will not be invited to participate in any breakout room discussions.
