State Aviation Board agendas and meeting materials are posted a week before each meeting. Meeting presentations and public comments received before 5PM the day before the meeting are posted before the meeting. Any available video as well as additional meeting presentations and public comments are posted within a few days of the meeting. All public comments must include the sender's name, city of residence, and affiliation (if any).
State Aviation Board Work Session are informational only. Participation includes the Board members, staff members and invited presenters. Agenda and materials are posted a week before each work session; additional materials are posted after the meeting. Members of the public are welcome to attend as observers.

- The State Aviation Board will hold a Work Session on Thursday, May 2, 2024 starting at 10:00 AM. This meeting will be held virtually through TEAMS. Members of the public are welcome to observe the meeting. Public comment will not be taken at this Work Session, but may be submitted for the June 6, 2024 Board Meeting. The State Aviation Board is a seven member body appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Oregon State Senate. Members serve four-year terms with a two-term limit. The State Aviation Board is charged with providing policy guidance and oversight to the Oregon Department of Aviation. TEAMS login is provided on the Agenda.
