Board Meetings

State Aviation Board agenda and meeting materials are posted a week before each meeting. Meeting presentations and public comments received before 5PM the day before the meeting are posted before the meeting. Any available video as well as additional meeting presentations and public comments are posted within a few days of the meeting. All public comments must include the senders name, city of residence, and affiliation (if any).

State Aviation Board Work Sessions are informational only. Participation includes the Board members, staff members and invited presenters. Agenda and materials are posted a week before each work session; additional materials are posted after the meeting. Members of the public are welcome to attend as observers.
