Rock Creek Wind Power Facility

The Rock Creek Wind Power Facility was a proposed wind energy facility with a peak generating capacity of up to 550 megawatts generated by up to 305 wind turbines. Other facility components included two substations, an operations and maintenance facility, up to 3 meteorological towers, access roads, and aboveground and underground transmission lines.
Terminated. The Notice of Intent (NOI) expired on August 23, 2013.
Gilliam County, Oregon, approximately 3.5 miles north of the city of Condon.
